Skin burnt

I had my laser done on Friday (09/10/15) at about 17:15. I was not seeing results so the consultant increased the strength of my laser treatment on my face. The next day I noticed my skin was burnt really badly and now it's scarred and pealing. I realize the consultant was fairly new but now my skin is Burnt
