I was a customer at the Northcliff branch, where I have had a consultation over a year ago for permanent hair removal, following recommendation to undergo approximately 10-12 sessions. After my sessions was done (a few weeks ago) they told me that if I am not completely satisfied with the treatments I can come for a consult to see how many more sessions I would need. I went for my consult and was told that I would need 10 more sessions. I saved up for the original 10 sessions for a few years and do not have the money to spend that much all over again. Now a few weeks later it looks like I did not even have any laser treatment done.

I’m very disappointed as I paid a lot of money to get this done.

Is this normal for some people to have basically no results after 10 sessions, surely there should be an improvement….
