Excellent customer service

I had a bad experience at a branch of the laser beautique. However after just one twitter post i received a call as an apology and was asked if i could visit another branch so that the experience could be replaced with a better one. I made my appointment with the morningside branch. The staff was so nice and friendly. Offered me refreshments and took a lot of care when completing my treatment. I expected to pay for atleast the gel toes. However i was told it was all included as an apology. Laser beautique didnt get it right the first time but they really went over and beyond to make me feel better and leave a good memory in my mind. Very impressed
