Completely unsatisfied

My sister and I went in for manicures as we had vouchers. We asked if we could 'upgrade' what was on the voucher and pay the difference and they said this was fine. The service was pretty shocking, we were not made to feel very welcome. The manicurists were speaking about us in a different language. The actual manicures were not great. They did not prep the nails nicely, only did a half hearted job cutting the cuticles and made us both bleed. The application of acrylic tips was shocking. When i had to pay they didn't deduct the voucher from the one treatment saying it was separate (apparently they don't usually prep the nails when getting acrylic tips??) Plus the chairs were super uncomfortable as we had to lean forward the whole time. Would never recommend this place and wont go back.
