Not worth it

This place is not worth it, the rent increases monthly, the extra hidden costs amount to a thousand rand which makes the rent more with a thousand rand. Which isn’t worth it as the bedrooms and bathrooms are small, no balcony yet we paid up to 8500 of rent for a 2 bedroom

There’s pests ( roaches and worms), the noise is unbearable, I have also experienced problems with the security and the cleaning ladies who have swept ****roaches in-front of my unit door....the passages stinks. I honestly would not recommend this place
