Do not use The Jacuzzi Boyz

am absolutely outraged with this company. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. The workmanship on my jacuzzi was an insult — careless, sloppy, and completely unacceptable. They made promises they never came close to keeping, and every step of the process has left me more furious than the last.

I ignored multiple warnings from others, and I regret it deeply. What I’ve gone through has been infuriating, stressful, and a complete waste of time and money. In my personal experience, they have shown zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for their clients.

I am beyond angry — and I strongly urge anyone even thinking about using them to think again. I would never want another person to go through what I have. Avoid this company at all costs.
