Jacuzzi Boys - Watch out for Akona he is a ******
Akona built our jacuzzi and I wrote a nice review until I called to ask him where the filter was placed on the jacuzzi. He said he would come and service my jacuzzi and sent a bill for a call out fee , service fee and and filter. I paused the service because we had guests checking in the day we had scheduled. My husband asked me to find out where the filter was because , we would quickly change the filter , when we opened the door it was not where it was easily accessible. I called Akona and he didn’t call me back , my husband started to call him with no response. He finally sent me a message that he would not tell me where the filter was because I wasn’t paying him to service the jacuzzi. We then found out there was NEVER a filter installed. I gave him a chance to make it right and he ignored me He comes across very hard working and honest . Be CAREFUL. He is a professional ******

Bad jacuzzi company
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing a business and I would encourage anyone to not choose Jacuzzi Boyz. I have had multiple challenges within the last few months since the installation in December 2026 the including; - A prolonged installation that dragged on for weeks. They not only arrive late but sometimes don’t pitch up to work at all - The tub was not heating up, only after taking LEGAL ACTION did they respond to repair. - the tub cracked when it was installed which they patched up during installation, the tub has since cracked again within four months of installation - after multiple attempts to arrange a repair call out, I have been ignored and THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED TO FIX IT - I have had to pursue legal action here - incredibly bad communication - multiple cancellations for repair schedule, to being fully ignored - a broken filter, which again is also being ignored and the repair not happened. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS FLY BY NIGHT COMPANY

Do not use The Jacuzzi Boyz
am absolutely outraged with this company. My experience has been a nightmare from start to finish. The workmanship on my jacuzzi was an insult — careless, sloppy, and completely unacceptable. They made promises they never came close to keeping, and every step of the process has left me more furious than the last. I ignored multiple warnings from others, and I regret it deeply. What I’ve gone through has been infuriating, stressful, and a complete waste of time and money. In my personal experience, they have shown zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for their clients. I am beyond angry — and I strongly urge anyone even thinking about using them to think again. I would never want another person to go through what I have. Avoid this company at all costs.
