Miché is an asset!

<p>went to Cavendish a few days ago and enquired about a few cartridges then came across the little InkyShop Express kiosk, I at first noticed a girl with roses on her hair and complimented her and as we were conversing she brought across the products she is selling and very ironic it had been Ink and here I thought she was just the information girl. With her friendly and welcoming personality I then quoted a few cartridges and Miché then suggested a their generic ink cartridges for my business, looking very skeptical at the prices and because they were generic I didn't want to take that risk but she then assured me that the product is guaranteed to work as it does come with a guarantee. I then couldn't refuse the offer as she was very persuasive and so friendly that I had to purchase them. A few weeks down the line I then tried out the inkyshop brand cartridges and to my surprise they didn't wanna work, i was upset because Miche promised me they would work. I then gave her a call and she advised I bring it to do a straight swop. Later the evening she personally called me to follow up on how i was doing, as we were talking and I told her I'm putting the cartridges in an error message popped she then explained to me over the phone what I had to do in order for it to work and it did!!</p> <p>She really went the extra mile for me to make sure I was happy, we don't unfortunately have this kind of staff anymore within our retail businesses but Miche was a sure joy to deal with and the company is really lucky to have her as an asset even though I believe she has much more potential than selling Ink.</p> <p>Please relay this message back to her as I would just like to thank her for her outstanding customer service and friendliness.
