Lost a customer
Worst customer service ever. I arrived at 9 am to see that the shop was still not open, wait until 09:15 to have some sleepy, unenthusiastic employee Michael of the Tokai junction inky shop sell me the wrong cartridges, twice on two separate occasions. I refuse to support a business that cannot be bothered to train their staff.
