exellent service

I have been purchasing cartridges from Inky Shop in west coast village for some years and always had excellent service , however, my most recent visit needs to receive an accolade for going the extra mile. I requested that they enquire regarding cartridges which appear to have been discontinued and after some enquiries Philip managed to find some. On installation I discover that there appeared to be a problem with the colour mixing. I returned to the shop and discussed this with Philip who investigated the problem and came to my home armed with information which he had aquired from the supplier to assist with installation and cleaning ....my printer is now operating perfectly.thank you to Philip and his lovely ladies..
