DID THIS LADY TRIED TO ROB ME?

On Sunday, 14 January 2018, I went to buy a AL-H-02612A printer cartridge from this shop. Entering the shop I tried to find the person to serve me - as I walked to the reception counter I found the lady had her earphones on and she was nailed to the computer screen in front of her, resting her face on the counter in front of the computer- she never noticed I was in front of her! As I raised my voice she suddenly looked up, saw me and looked at me, probably anoid, as if I was disturbing her and not friendly! She slowly removed the earphones from her ears, I showed her the cartridge I brought in for an exchange. I asked her what is the price of the new cartridge and she told me she will check it. She told me to put the used cartridge I brought, in the box and confirmed I will get R50 off the price for the used cartidge. She showed me the new cartridge on the shenve which I had to take down since it was too high for her to reach. I handed her my bank card and asked her what was the amount I had to pay – she went to the computer and said R550.00 minus R50.00 for the used cartridge. Then I told her to cancel the sale because I can get a new cartridge for less than that price from other dealers - I then subsequently took my used cartridge from the box and planned to leave. She then appeared nervous and tell me no, she will look up the price again. I however insisted to cancel the deal. She then quickly told me I had to pay R365.00! I asked her if she was planning to rob me? She responded by “anybody can make a mistake” – I said to her if I didn’t complain and paid that price what would she do? She responded she would have called me and corrected it! I informed her I am going to put this on the internet and report this incident to their head office.
