Damaged Cartridges

I had my cartridges refilled and when I printed the black came out pink and the colors weren't printing correctly e.g the green was printing brown.<br> When I took them back they wouldn't take responsibility for it and I asked for a refund which they gave. A couple of days later I tried to get hold of another branch to assist me but then I got in contact with owner and he said that I could take it back and they would refill the cartridges at no charge, but when I got to the store he started singing a different story and they wanted me to pay for the refills after they damaged the cartridges. Now I am short of two cartridges and they won't replace them. They a bunch of ******* that's what they are.
