Unfair Refund Policy

I am very disappointed with The Hub Wonderpark Refund Policy..

I bought 2x Grey School Trousers on the 28 December 2023 for my son. The trousers are very big and even a 1 size lower is still going to be big..

So on the 13th January 2024, I went to The Hub for refund as I would have to take the trousers for alteration which will cost me more money.

My son went on holidays for December and they only came on Friday, which is when he fitted the trousers we saw that they are extremely big, as his very tall but skinny, so I went to The Hub Wonderpark for a refund, they told me that the refund policy is 12 days after the purchase, which was not mentioned upon my purchase and it's not even written on the slip.

My you please explain how are customers suppose to know this if we are not told, the lady said to me we have a big board written just on the queue.

When was I suppose to know if the size won't fit if he only came back Friday.

I want my money and not a gift card, as I still need to buy the School trousers.

Please assist as this is not fair to your customers.
