The Hub Clothing Account
Battling to get an account settlement letter from The hub in order to close this account. Every month i am being charged admin fees and interest but have not used this account in years. The last statement i received the balance was R2 upon phoning they advised i had to pay R10 dure to interest etc being billed after the statement was submitted so i requested a settlement in order to make the final payment to close the account but they just not sending me this.

THE hub Greenstone- we the reason thier defected dress broke
I bought a dress on the 28th Feb at the Hub greenstone. My daughter to wore a the dress to a wedding and the strap broke. Later on in the evening the second strap broke. I took the dress back to the hub the very next day to get a refund. They refused saying the dress is damaged. Of course its damaged cause what am I here otherwise. Anyways, the staff didnt help at all and imp**** its my duaghters fault. Don't waste ur money here. Rather go to ackermans or pkp clothing. Least they have some resemblance of customer service. Will never shop there

HUB CARD BLOCKED BY NEDBANK...
I made a purchase at The Hub in Cornubia Mall today using my store card. The transaction was declined because my card is blocked by Nedbank because I did not update my FICA with Nedbank. Firstly, I do not receive any correspondence from The Hub and each time I have to pay my account I have to go into the store to know my account balance and installment. Secondly whenever there is any changes or updates, there is no communication whatsoever to us. Every other time there is some new rule or regulation...I am so fed up with The Hub and their lack of communication with customers. Furthermore I can't use my card until I go into a Nedbank branch and update my FICA!!! Seems like The Hub doesn't care about its customers therefore it's about time I shopped elsewhere and close my account with The Hub.

HUB CARD BLOCKED BY NEDBANK...
