Uncomfortable experience and rude staff

I was at the hub in Somerset-West on 13 March 2021 at 15:50. Me and my wife drove by and saw that it was still open so we stopped and checked the times on the door which said Saturdays 08:30 - 17:00 and next to it was a printout saying "lockdown hours" 09:00 - 15:00. It was already almost 16:00 so we assumed that they were trading normal hours again. When we walked into the store no one said anything, but when I reached the back of the store staff were standing around and speaking extra loud so that me and other clients could hear, saying that they can't believe that clients are coming into the store before they close and that they would never do that and making other comments making me feel extremely uncomfortable. Then more clients came in and one of them shouted rudely that they are closed. Very unpleasant experience.
