The hub where customers service dies

Poor service. No customer service. Stay away. My wife bought a jacket in durban. We reside in Cape Town. The salesperson in durban did not remove the security tag. We in Cape Town now. Hub durban, does not resolve the issue. Worst service ever. We asked the durban manager to arrange for the Cape Town branch to resolve. Ignored again Instagram Team ignores me.
