The hub springs

Good day I was at the hub springs mall this morning and had a experience with the manager Thomas and the Cashier Dhlamini Pinky (as per slip) Oky so by the mens sleep wear their is an board up saying (TAKE ANY 2 for R160 oky so I saw there are packets of two inside boxers but on the same shelf there is packets with 3 boxers inside and with the adverti*****t it doen not say its only the two pairs or the 3 pair's so that means any two packets as advertised. So the manager Thomas is first telling me no its customers that put it there???? What really there is soooooo many packets that its impossible for it to be the customers fault. So I told him I want the special and he told me u know wat its fine u clearly don't understand ????? Really I am not stupid its not me who put up the adverti*****t and neither is it my responsibility to indicate witch boxers is the ones I am allowed to pick from so with the sale saying any two I went to the tills and up front by the tills he is there awaiting me. So the cashier Pinky is telling me no this boxers are not the one on special and as I am trying to start explain to her as the adverti*****t is saying any two. Thomas makes me quite and sy no don't worry I will do a discount I dont want to have a scene.... so I kept quite as **** like that I wat will make me feel like making one as a customer that is calm and talking to u in a calm and polite manner does not make a scene for nothing. So as I am done paying and asking the cashier pinky I just want to check my slip before I go she says yes u can check it it is correct with a attitude so im like oky so I ask her would u like to make a copy of the slip? (As I heard how thomas told her make a copy for me to keep) she tells me no u can leave now??? Like wat???? With staff like that who would still feel like supporting the Hub like hell no so as I said when leaving u should have a good day mr Thomas and u just say yes bey! I will not be visiting your store again. Friendliness is free and to get irritated with me because your shelf is packed wrong with the wrong adverti*****t is not my fault ps: you and your cashier cant do maths as R239.90 -R59.90 is a total of R180 and not R160 as advertised but take the 20 as a tip and start being more friendly please.
