the hub does not fix facilities and staff get inju

My fiance' a staff member at the hub west street was walking threw the stock room when she tripped over a piece of metal strip that is loose. She is pregnant, she fell and was hurt. Is now in hospital. The stockroom controller has complained about this obsticle and still nothing has been done about the repair. Now wat if my fiance or baby had died because of the dis-concern by management to do repairs.... all they were gonna do is say sorry? This is totally disgusting that the store management has no regard for the safety of the staff.
