The HUB & Blake Collections worst service ever ,

<p>I am still waiting for feedback ,</p> <p>Please tell me why I’m not receiving any feedback from your office ,</p> <p>This is the most useless place I have ever dealt with ,</p> <p> </p> <p>My wife has a bad credit rating NOW because of the hub and Blake and we will be taking legal action against the HUB and Blake as the account has been settled ages ago but you guys are to useless to sort it out,</p> <p> </p> <p>We have made numerous call to the office about 1.5 years ago to try and get a account out of the hub .</p> <p>Till today have I not received a statement ,</p> <p> </p> <p>We went to the store on 6 occasions to try and settle the account and they were not able to help us – Useless staff,</p> <p> </p> <p>When Blake collections phone us about the account we said as soon as we get a statement we will pay till today have not received a statement ,</p> <p> </p> <p>We spoke to Blake collections on 6 other occasions after we have settled the account to give us a letter stating the account has been closed but nothing as yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have send numerous emails to Blake and the Hub regarding this and still no response , </p> <p> </p> <p>I have gone into the store and requested the statement about 8 times and still nothing ,</p> <p> </p> <p>Due to the fact that my wife has a bad credit rating due to the POOR AND UNFRIENDLY service from Blake and THE HUB we will be taking legal action against you guys ,</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards </p> <p> </p>
