Terrible shock on product!!!!

<p>I purchased a pair of stunning pumps from The Hub, Somerset Mall and literally had them on for 4 hours... the shoe tore at the top!! Really now!! Absolutely shocked as I have been a loyal customer for some time. I had to take my shoes off at the airport and walk barefoot as my luggage had been checked in.. i was SO embarressed... this is not on at all!! If I paid a silly amount for the shoes I could kind of understand a quality issue but this was most certainly not the case! </p>
