Shop Lifters Paradise

I had my phone ****** on the 28 November 2015. The only response i received from the store was there's nothing they can do to help and the store has no CAMERAS!!! There's no security tags on the clothes and no cameras in the store. Proper joke!!! My reason for this complaint is to make the public aware that Gateway Hub is not a safe place and if you are in trouble they are unable to assist. I dont see the point in supporting them. I mean seriously we shop in a mall because of safety, or else we would go wlk the streets in town central.
