Rude behaviour

I layby clothes at the hub Store Alberton and I wasn't happy about the skirt as it has a factory fault , however the sale consultant that was helping me promise to check for that same skirt at other stores. I returned back to the Shop to check my layby I was told the skirt has the same fault in all stores. however I can return it back and i will be refunded as I was not happy about that skirt. fine I paid my layby and I wasn't happy about that skirt I returned it back and I was told I cannot get my refund back but I can get a gift card and that's not what I was told when doing a layby. they call the Manager for me her name is Happy form the Hub Store in Alberton she gave me a horrible attitude while explaining the business process she was so rude she never apologies about the inconvenienced coursed but she kept yelling at me like am crazy in front of the other staff members explaining the process that was so rude of her and very unprofessional.
