repairs not sent in
I BOUGHT A KETTLE A FEW MONTHS DOWN THE LINE THE KETTLE STOPPED WORKING I TOOK IT TO THE STORE THEY SAID THEY WILL SEND IT IN FOR REPAIRS .THREE WEEKS DOWN THE LINE I GET A CALL TELLING ME THE KETTLE IS REPAIRED I TOOK IT HOME IT STILL NOT WORKING. I CALLED THE STORE AND THEY TELL ME IT WAS A MISTAKE MY REPAIR WAS NOT SENT IN I AM RELY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS STORE.
