Policy lapse
My in laws has been paying for a insurance policy for years. My father in law received an sms from them and last month stating that for three months there has been no payment and the policy has lapsed. After visiting the Phoenix branch, my father in law was told that someone will contact him the next day. When he received the call, the guy states that he needs to go back the Phoenix branch to reinstate the policy. This is not acceptable!
