Onicka fromthe Hub westgate is rude and cold hearted

Today my colleague and I received the disgusting service at the hub westgate. My colleague is 8 months pregnant, she can't even walk properly or stand for a long time. She went to buy sweaters so after fitting the sweaters she went in front of the queue, there was a lady I think she is a supervisor there her name is Onicka who rudely told my colleague to follow a long queue and my colleague asked if highly pregnant people also stand in a long queue she just looked at her and carried on with what she was doing and she was chewing gum in front of customers. Then I decided to take my colleague's card and pin and told her to sit down I will queue for her. When I got to the cashier Refiloe and I asked her why do they make highly pregnant women to follow the queue she said she doesn't know she is new. Onicka is rude and cold hearted and my colleague and I will never ever shop at the Hub and we will make sure that we tell other people not to shop there because of your bossy staff member.
