Not happy with the store manager Dineo

The lady by the name Dineo think she the store manager at The HUB greenstone Gave us a very bad service and bad attitude Went to shop to take out lay buy and exchange one (1) item that was R230 and take one for R199 she tell me that she can’t refund me the R30 back I have to take something.I then take take something for R25 as there’s nothing for R5 she can refund me R5 not R30 and she said that is the policy of the store
