Manager at The Hub Richards Bay Boardwalk

The store manager is extremely rude and loses her temper with the security guards hired by them infront of the customers. While the customers are standing around without being assisted. This is extremely unprofessional. There are better ways to deal with the security, should she not be satisfied. She needs to focus more on her staff and less on yelling at people infront of the customers.
