lack of service excellence and *********** staff

I bought a ladies top on the 16th tred it on @home when I took it out. Thge fabric ranoff and Itook it back on the 20 tth for a refund. service staf were very rude. Arrogant and patronising me. They took the purchased item aswell as the original purchasing slip. They said they wilcome back to me afta a week. They still need to check with their buyer. Where the hell wil u get a retail clthing shop who does that. I'mnot reliable for their cheap poor quality clothing they r selling . I only want my money back. Now my money and the clothing item is with the shop. I feel ****** and under estimated. Day light ******* inside Hub shop by the staff.
