Exemplary Customer Service - Example to other Staff

I visited the Richards Bay HUB store on the 03\09\2020 at 17:00, with my 2 little girls to urgently replace their school shoes. 2 Floor assistants were in a conversation and I queried on where I can find the school shoes, they pointed to the back, said look for the yellow boxes and then continued their discussion, (but bad service delivery like that is the norm in RBAY) At the back after not being able to find the sizes of shoes, I approached Nelly, who was busy packing another sections shelf. Nelly left her duty point and turned out to be very helpful, beyond expectation. She assisted with the shoe sizes, advised me on the fits, assisted my kids with the fitment of the shoes and also made them walk with it to establish the fit. Nelly’s customer service is 1 the factor that influenced my decision to continue to shop at The HUB, and I think she rightfully deserves the recognition for it. Nelly is an asset to HUB and should the stores Customer Services Ambassador. Thank you Nelly, keep up the good work
