Disgusting service at The Hub - Phoenix Plaza
I will not be shopping at The Hub Store at Phoenix Plaza as the service that we have received was absolutely disgusting.
We visited the store on the 09/08/2018 as they were having a clearance sale. There were 3 black females who surrounded my husband and baby and stole his cell phone. When we went to Sharon (the store manager) it was told that they have no camera's and was unable to assist us. The guard at the store had told us that those 3 ladies looked suspicious however she did not bring it to managements attention.
How is it that a big store like Hub does not have cameras
