disgusting service, absolutely pathetic

i had been to pavilion to shop for my new home. i am aware that the center closes at 7pm. i walked into hub at around 6:30 pm after i had finished at Game stores. i was busy picking out items that i wanted to purchase. i grabbed some towels and some decor plants as i was going to fetch more items from their offer table at the entrance i was stopped by the female guard telling me that i am holding the staff up as they all wanted to leave. it was approximately 6:50pm. as far as i know that all stores in any retail center shuts doors as per center times and then does a cash up. and what frustrated me more is that the entire staff that was present there just stood and looked on while the guard complained in Zulu about me making it fast so everyone could go home. this was absolutely disgusting. my fiance accompanied me, he had the trolly with our items from game stores. i was going to leave all my stuff on the counter n go back n fetch a sunbeam deep fryer the russle hob off white toaster, the last foot spa and two big vases and then cash up. but due to the pathetic n disgusting treatment from your staff n guard id prefer shopping at boardmans, @home an mr price home. disgusting service
