Bad Service!

On Sunday the 7th of March at approximately 13:25, My Fiance and I walked into The Hub clothing at Saveway Cresent Shopping Center in Witbank. Never have I felt so small and degraded in my life. When we walked in the staff was moping the floor. My eyes was fixed on the dress that I eagerly wanted to buy, At noticing that the floor was wet My Fiance alerted me that "I should step carefully the floor was wet" I immediately turned back to find another path, which was also wet then we paused looking for "safer paths to cross"at that moment one of the staff members working at the till shouted at the top of her voice calling her colleague's name at the back of the shop, when she saw I turned back she shouted" its okay never mind " At that point I knew she was alerting the lady mopping the floor that I was walking on the wet floor and the 4 ladies at the tills started laughing( which embarrassed us that we were being laughed at) what made it worse was the fact that there were no wet floor signs. The lady mopping rudely shouted that " banyathela bebona ukuthi kumanzi" meaning we can see the floor is wet but we continue to walk. Firstly, the were no wet floor signs, they were moping large areas and the buckets were put so far back you can't actually see where they were moping. At that moment I told my fiance let's go, I hate confrontations and fights. We were already embarrassed rudely. They continued to laugh loudly as we walked out trying to find dry floor to walk that my fiancé asked "where do we even walk the entire floor is wet?" "No wet floor signs !!!. We hardly stayed for 2 minutes at that shop. Which for me was just a painful and awful experience. I found the staff so disrespectful. Fact that they found it so amusing or funny, We could have fell and broke our bones. Looking around in that huge shop the shop was empty, with two or 3 customers that were already in the shop. I wouldn't be surprised if the shop doesn't meet targets! The staff should be taught customer etiquette!!! And that they should put wet floor signs when they mop! I'm truly shuttered by the experience that I do not even wish to set my foot back into that shop and most probably will tell everyone I know about the experience I had ! Rude !
