Be aware of business who takes money but do not deliver

An order was placed, and paid for, on 13 March 2026, Confirmation was received that order is ready for dispatch on 16 March 2026. I was promised a tracking number in a second email which I never got. Queried twice by email, no response. Business address as given in the advert: Fountains Mall, St Francis st, Jeffreys Bay.
