Holiday Factory flush a sale to Maldives on 20 July 2021 for AED1899/3Days. Maldives is one of my dream destinations so I immediately purchased a 4Nights/5Days for AED2199 X 2 (Me and my Husband). I received an Invoice and Voucher asap. There is an instruction in the voucher to go to a site to log in and entered the travel date. I followed the instruction and entered my travel date 28th August 2021 to 1 September 2021. The information was accepted but it did not lead me to another screen for flight details. So I called on that day to their number (04) ***. I called on these dates to follow up with my ticket and spoke to these Call Center Agents all with same SCRIPT/S**** "We will update you" and "We will follow up our Travel Team". Today, I had my Anxiety Attack while speaking to this Nonsense, Unhelpful, Know Nothing, Rude (he drop my call) "Case Manager" as he title himself.

We are travelling to Maldives not just because it’s our dream destination but its also our Wedding Anniversary and Holiday Factory RUIN the happiness and celebration that supposed to happen.

In this time of Pandemic, we need time to unload stress and be away of the City and the crowded people; hence, we opted to travel. I never realized that paying this service to Holiday Factory will be a horrible decision.
