My experience with Holiday Factory has been extremely disappointing from start to finish
My experience with Holiday Factory has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. After my holiday was cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control, I was not offered the straightforward refund I expected. Instead, I was issued travel credit. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to use that credit, but each experience has been frustrating. The packages I wanted suddenly became significantly more expensive, and I was repeatedly told this was due to the current market conditions. Rather than helping me find a fair solution, I felt like I was being pushed into paying substantially more just to use money that was already mine. The customer service has been slow and inconsistent. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility and customer care. When things go wrong, that's when a travel company shows its true quality. Unfortunately, Holiday Factory showed exactly who they are.... Based on my experience, I strongly recommend AGAINST using Holiday Factory. They only care about the $$$$.

I have used the holiday factory many times. Recently returned from a Thailand Vacation. DEBBIE PALM your professional service is commendable, thank you. All arrangements including air tickets, land arrangements and transportation were effortless. Thank you to SETH of Destination Asia, great job Sir. I will continue as a loyal customer. I have used the holiday factory many times. Recently returned from a Thailand Vacation. DEBBIE PALM your professional service is commendable, thank you. Pathetic Experience
The packages are good but please DO NOT TAKE THE EXCURSIONS with them. If you are a minute late to lunch, it will be finished and you will end up paying for it. The drivers they hire for transfer are rude and always complaining. We stayed in Gudauri Inn and the lunch was limited (imagine 1 slice per person for a pizza so by the time we picked up the plate it was gone) .. sounds unbelievable right ? Sadly true. Overall feedback: just book package but do not expect anything on hospitality and save yourself from being conned in the name of excursions.
