Ultimate Getaway, Thanks to The Holiday Club
Thank you, thank you, thank you, The Holiday Club! I recently joined as a member and was blessed with a complimentary two-night stay at Shark Bay Boutique Accommodation & Spa. All I can say is WOW! The venue is absolutely stunning, the views are breathtaking, and let's not forget the hot tub... yes, please! From the beautiful surroundings to the exceptional hospitality, every aspect of the experience exceeded my expectations. It was the perfect getaway and a truly memorable experience. Thank you for this wonderful holiday and for making me feel so welcome as a new member. Once again, thank you for the amazing FREE holiday. POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND SATTISFACTION
Extremely disappointing service. We received our vacation club voucher on 22 September and are STILL struggling to get it activated. The communication has been appalling, with constant issues and excuses, and we are losing out on opportunities to use something we were promised. Tiffany Naidoo was the last person to assist us, and this entire experience has left us with absolutely no confidence in the organisation. We were genuinely interested in investing in this scheme, but after witnessing this level of incompetence and poor communication, I would not trust this organisation with a cent of my money. If this is how they treat customers over a simple voucher, I can only imagine the risks of investing with them. Management seriously needs to reconsider how they handle their customers.

The Holiday Club has quite an interesting concept, especially for people who enjoy going on holiday regularly and want access to different destinations around South Africa. What I like about the idea is having a range of accommodation options and being able to plan family holidays in advance. The flexibility and choice of resorts are definitely appealing. That said, I think there are a few areas where the experience could be improved. Information about bookings, availability, membership conditions and additional costs should always be explained clearly. Good communication makes a big difference, especially when people are planning holidays and spending their hard-earned money. Overall, The Holiday Club seems to offer some worthwhile benefits, particularly for families who travel often. I would recommend understanding all the membership terms and booking conditions before making a commitment.
