Smoking Everywhere

Customers smoke at the entrances under the covered parking decks... Security do nothing, even grove mall employees smoke there. I have complained many times but no one seems to do anything. <br> <br> There is absolutely NO difference between someone smoking IN the mall or at the exit under covered parking.
