Rochester Unsatisfied customer

I bought a MK3 server from Rochester The Grove. When they delivered the product, I was not home. Only my son was home. The people who delivered the MK3 Server were supposed to assemble the server instead they put in small ***** and made a mess of the whole server and left. I came back inspected the product and it was a mess. I went to the store to complain, they said they will send people to come and fix it , no one came. They gave me a reference number still no one came. One of the consultants said I must take pictures of the server and send it to his WhatsApp and they will escalete the matter , I did nothing has been so far. I cant even use the server that I bought with my hard earned money. They havent done anything. I dont want the server anymore because its a mess. This day *******. Rochester must bring people to fix it or take it back
