No response and not wheelchair friendly at all

Elevators are so often broken, no help or advice from customer care when asked.<br> Phone for enquirers are NEVER EVER answered. Called 27 times over 3 hours just to find out if a wheelchair is available before i leave home, but not once it was answered.<br> Not the first time either.
