Misconduct

I fell when going to the toilet no sign was 0resent slided till under the taps my hand n knees hurt told one of the cleaners a guy about wat happened then he put out the sign my phones screen is cracked.i waited for him to get someone to help cldnt wait anymore.u should teach your staff to show us if it's wet.now I'm in pain and try to drive my self cause I ddnt get help took a pic of where the sign was sitting
