Infrastructure not working for weeks.

The inconvenience caused by current construction is understandable, but the escalator by Pick n Pay has been out-of-order for weeks. My elderly mother can't climb the stairs manually, and the elevator by Capitec Bank is like something from a horror movie. Very disappointed. The Grove Mall was always a place of pride, but this is really slipping away in an increasing trend.
