Bad attitude and rude

Aside from being an unpleasant shopping experience, the parking is ridiculous. What's worse though, is the attitude from the people at the parking help. Paid my R7 today for just over an hours stay. Went to the exit, and it told me to return to the paystation. Pressed the help button. Told the guy I'd paid, but it won't accept it. He opens, but gives me all sorts of snotty attitude that next time I must pay my card. Thanks for treating me like a ****.
