Unprofessional and Poor Service

A trip was booked for a group of pensioners to travel and on the day of travelling they never pitched and never communicated that the trip had been cancelled. It was firstly hard to get hold of you and when you were eventually reached you never indicated that there'll be no trip on the scheduled day. What is most disappointing is that these people are pensioners and need extra care. They used the little money that they have for what they thought would be an amazing experience. These pensioners are our parents and don't deserve such horrible service.
