This is very bad and disgusting

Me and my friend we paid R9000 for Mpumalanga trip on the 08 Dec 2023, The owner Mthokozisi claimed his bank account was blocked a day before our trip, he said we can go to Mozambique trip with him regardless of us not having passports since he will bribe police or to refund us, none of the 2 has happened, I opened a case at police station in February but til now police are duck and diving me. I need my money
