I need my refund

Hi, this is the name of the traveling agency run by Mthokozisi Ngubane, I paid R7000 for trip to Mpumalanga that was supposed to have taken place from the 29 October until the 01 November. On the 28 October he sent a whatspp message on the whatspp group he created around 5 in the afternoon, telling us that we are many(53 in number) so he won't be able to travel with all of us at the same date because he doesn't want us not to go to other activities. He ten decided to split us into two groups without our consent, he the said the other group will go the following week. I called him the following week since he was not communicating with us on the whatspp group, asking him if we are still leaving on weekend as he said, he then told me that the trip is cancelled to another date, I requested for refund as he told us that whoever that wants the refund he will do that. Till today I have not received my money, I have been talking with him on whatspp, he said he will pay but he does not, the sad part is that he post himself enjoying on whatspp statuses with his partner whereas I'm not happy in my own home.
