Bogus recruitment agency

In February 2018 i app**** for a Flight Attendant job position online and after some few weeks i was invited for the interview in Fourways and required to bring R365 for police clearance. A week later they sent me an email with a pre-agreement (confirmation of employment) form that i was taken for the position allocated to work in Cape Town but then they said i had to pay R1999 for Accommodation close to the Airport. I paid that amount of money because I trusted them, I did a research about the company, is registered, they have a website that is still working today and a facebook page running with 1000s of followers and they post everyday. The company exist.

They lacked more info about the job so I requested that more info like the name of the Airline we will be working for and the address of the accommodation i paid for. The starting day was 6th April, i waited they did not respond until that day passed. They continued ignoring my whatsapp texts and emails when I was only asking for my refund. I went to their office which was in their website in Jhb cbd and they were not there, nobody knew them or ever heard of that company in that building. The address was ****.

In Oct i decided to call him after several attempts & asked him(the guy who interviewed us/ the CEO) where is my money and where is the job is signed for? He insisted in isizulu that I "should speak in Zulu he don't understand me" why should I speak in zulu when you ****med me in english.? and he said "I have an attitude he won't assist me until i speak zulu" then He hung up the phone.

I still have a proof of payments, pre-agreement form, his real names and bank details. Their website has a new address, last week I went there for confirmation and they are there. I just didn't want to face them after what he put me through.

He opened a bogus recruitment agency to **** people and he ****med me. He is still out there doing business, maybe ******** others
