Very bad srrvice

What a joke. Really a very bad company to deal with. I sit with a broken oven for almost a month. All i was told is sorry. Then they still expect payment. I run a business but they are not worried. The management dies not call you just emails. What a disfunctional comoany. After waiting for my parts they bring the wrong parts and now i wait again.
