Unprofessional & Worst Service Ever!

First of all the Sales Team sell you a product (Stove display unit) of R25K which is in full working order as they claim, but after inspection one only realizes that this is not the case and that they striped critical electrical parts from the product (from the back where no one looks) without which it can not operate. Furthermore they then convince you to still buy such a product and that they will replace the missing parts. Needless to say it has been 5 working days , numerous calls &amp; 4 visits later and still nothing. They cannot even tell you if such parts are available to be ordered or if it is in the process of being ordered. The only thing that they can say is, I have send a mail or the person responsible is in a meeting! This is the response every day for 5 days. Maybe if they have less meetings they can attend to servicing their costumers. Even after discussions with them telling them that I am going to cancel the sale, the response from them was as follow: \It is ok, then we cannot help you any further\". I am of the opinion that Gas Company does not need any sales as they certainly must have enough if this is the way they conduct business.<br> <br> I will never support them again! "
