Terrible customer service

I had the worst customer service from the gas company. Second time that our gas geyser has an error and whenever I phone The gas company to send a technician they say they will confirm when a technician will be able to come and assist us. Then they never phone back and no one comes out. I have to phone for several days before they eventually send someone out. When someone does come out it seems as if they don't even know what they are doing. Second time that we have no warm water for a week and no assistance from gas company to assist. They only want to sell the gas geysers, which by the way is a load of **** and then they leave you hanging. Worst decision ever to have a gas geyser installed. I would not recommend it to anyone
