Still waiting for a certificate of compliance

I haven't had a good experience with the Gas Company from the start, but the main reason why this complaint is here is because I am still waiting for my certificate of compliance for the gas installation that was done at my home over 1 month ago. Firstly, I received a quote and made complete payment. Just before the installation, Thabo tells me that he miscalculated and I need to make an additional payment. I did that and waited for the installation. On the day of the installation, they cut into the walls to place the pipes, didnt bother to patch it up(assuming that the builders will do it as I am renovating as well). The COC was not issued as they said that the exisiting wiring from the stove was a threat. I fixed it up, called them back a week later. I am still waiting for them to come. They never ever call me. And when I call, they say \I was just about to call you". I made an appointment for 1 week ago and provided pictures of the repair so that they could come and issue the certificate"
